Our short term plan is to disrupt the multi-billion dollar glucose trending and diabetes management space and within 5 years to lead in the wearables and self-management of medical conditions market. The Team

You will be joining a fast growing select team charged with making BEAT® diabetes a global success and will work closely with the CEO and the VP for Strategy and Strategic Alliances and VP of Global Business Operations who each have more than 30 years experience, with 15 years of executive level experience in the CGM, blood glucose monitoring and insulin delivery industries.

 

Role Summary

We have up to six positions for this role, where each executive will be responsible for the sales and marketing of our cutting edge BEAT® diabetes healthcare package as well as other platforms using the same technology as they come on stream. The initial focus will be the corporate markets in the UK and key territories in Europe. You will be responsible for evolving and delivering on the commercial strategy and building the corporate subscriber base for your dedicated region or territory.

 

In the longer term you will work with product development to maximise the impact of the new features / products we launch by driving uptake and to make sure we understand how much our efforts to improve our value proposition are resonating. You will also be able to clearly communicate the benefits of our products both on-line and in person as we expand globally.

We are looking for highly ambitious, results driven candidates with a commercial mind-set, great at building relationships with both corporate customers and Government bodies / regulators in the UK and abroad and can lead and close opportunities. You will bring a strong history of a minimum of 15 years of product marketing leadership experience and will have collaborated extensively with operations, product development and sales teams.

 

As expected for a new and ever expanding / changing field, the work will be fast paced and multi-directional meaning you will need to be proactive, creative and ‘hands-on’.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, monitor, and improve a high-performance sales strategy & execution plan with budgeting and forecasting for the different products and services
  • Network, engage, & build relationships with key potential customers at the executive level in both corporate and government / regulatory environments
  • Develop, implement and optimise marketing initiatives to drive growth in terms of acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue
  • Critically analyse market and product information to establish prices for different products in different countries.
  • Proactively identify new areas of strategic value and devise approaches to tackle them
  • Coordinate user experience and customer journey mapping as it relates to our products to identify marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive leads and opportunities
  • Develop the sales and marketing tools and materials that communicate the value proposition and support the selling process. This includes website, brochures, presentations, videos, webinars, events and more to drive demand, visibility and revenue
  • Structure winning deals including pricing, contractual and legal frameworks.
  • Monitor, update, and report on progress against plans on a regular basis.

 

Requirements

  • 15+ years in a leadership role in corporate healthcare marketing.
  • Proven experience defining and delivering winning propositions in hyper growth markets
  • Expert at understanding customer needs and developing crisp messaging and content that resonates with target audiences. You can disseminate technical jargon into layman’s terms
  • Organised and independent; a self-starter who is comfortable taking on significant responsibility
  • Experience marketing products in new categories (understanding that the market needs to be conditioned, not just that the product and brand needs marketing)
  • Highly logical and analytical. You love data and use it to challenge your intuitions
  • Deep product development understanding, from engineering to design. You have built and launched successful digital products in the past
  • A proven track record of increasing platform / product market share through strategic and well-executed marketing initiatives
  • Flawless English language ability and great communication skills
  • Strong track record of building partnerships with outside organisations

Vice President – Investor Relations

Job Description:

  • Personally drive development and implementation of comprehensive investor relations strategy as company transitions to revenue generation, in collaboration with the senior management team.
  • Develop communications including press releases, investor presentations, annual reports and website content
  • Grow and diversify shareholder base, and develop strong relationships with money managers, analysts, fund managers, and brokers
  • Attend conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls and investor meetings, in partnership with external IR consultants
  • Create a competitive intelligence process to monitor, analyze, and distribute industry and competitor financial information to senior management. Track and manage analyst reports, earnings estimates, and work closely with CFO to develop financial models
  • Regular travel throughout US to meet investors and analysts in person
  • Act as initial contact person for US Licensing / Business Development queries
  • Liaise with CFO and outside counsel to communicate and enforce corporate disclosure policy, including public disclosure obligations and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements

 

Applicant Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years capital markets experience of working in medical device / health care / diabetes sectors with (i) stockbrokers, (ii) HNW / family wealth fund / small institutional investors, (iii) boutique / mid-tier investment banks and (iv) sell side analysts
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, strong executive presence and business acumen; ability to engage easily and closely with U.K. based management whilst working independently and remotely
  • Ambitious highly driven individual preferring dynamic nimble culture; leading Investor Relation function within a small management team; excellent promotion and career prospects
